1. Features ( Siat Model)

Mechanical Brake System ( Power Pre- stretch, Electronically adjustable)
• To maximise film stretching for cost saving. and avoid damage on the corner of the pallet.

3. Two Selectable Automatic Wrapping Programme
a) Double cycle ( Upward/ Downward) program.

4. Adjustable Starting Height
Pallet can be start wrapping from any height, Especial good for pallet which do not require full wrapping for internal storage.

5. Turntable electronically soft start and soft stop.
To prevent the light product drop off or misload during the start turning of the pallet.

6. Adjustable turntable speed ( from control panel)
Wrapping Capacity can be increase by increase of the turntable speed. In case of very light pallet, turntable speed can be set to minimum to avoid misload of the pallet.
7. Up-down film carriage speed
Film carriage with 20 % average overlapping and synchronized with turntable speed.

8. Patterned Quick Load System ( QLS)
This function help for fast loading of the film from the carriage roller to the pallet.

9. Top and bottom additional reinforcement layer or wrapping round.
Additional wrapping round or layer can be adjusted from the control panel from 0 up to 10 times.

10. Program interupt function for water proof water wrapping and top sheet cover.
For easy loading of top sheet for water proof wrapping.

11. Turntable Fix ( Home) position
For easy loading and unloading of pallet

12. Safety Device and Switch on the bottom of film carriage

14. Automatic load height sensing and adjustable delay system
For various pallet height which requires no adjustment and additional overlapping on top of the pallet.

15. Electrical system for either Single phase or 3 phase operation.
Machine can be use on any normal single phase power point, no need additional cost for running 3 phase power point. Due to the possibility of the single phase operation, machine is easy to relocate according to packing requirement.
