Furthermore, Body Repairs Works and complete Cleaning Service and Towing are to be offered in addition to any other related workshop operations to be undertaken. To add value to services mentioned above a fully fledged Genuine Auto Parts Shop shall operate simultaneously to carter for the public besides supporting the Workshop. Danco plans are to serve Luapula Province, and to be established in Mansa being the Provincial Headquarters. PRODUCT / SERVICE DESCRIPTION and TECHNOLOGY General over view of Service offerings Danco has the core competencies amongst its crew to work on all makes and models of vehicles, on all operations of the workshop. The proposed service bays at the location which shall include the washing bay, Body Shop, Express Car Services, major repair service, Wheel fitment centre, will enhance productivity. And all its employees will be focused on superior customer service output. Quick turnaround shall always be the standard at Danco. Automotive Mechanical and Electrical Repair Section Danco has knowledge on most modern vehicles that have onboard Computer System which control or monitors performance of the - vehicle, coding values, faults codes and faults caused by the drivers which are logged in the system that may differ from manufacturerâ s specifications. Diagnostic equipment to be acquired with up to date software for modern vehicles will provide Fault code reading, Fault code clearing. Automotive diagnostics test will involve more than just plugging in a scan tool to read faults. Diagnostic error codes shall provide clues as to what the control system recognizes as a fault( s) but the mechanics will be aware that is an electro mechanical system which will be under repair. Deployment of Diagnostic Equipment will enhance our operations as less likelihood of groping in the darkness when assessing the faults will be the main stay. The mechanics will be assisted to expedite completion of repair work in real time to the satisfaction of our esteemed customers. Engine Reconditioning Section Danco intends to acquire reconditioning machine from a reputable company from China and other Countries, and these shall do the following: provide the highest quality and precision in the machining and engineering services: Turning, Milling, Surface Grinding, Blanchard Grinding Gear, and Hobbing Gear Shaping. Diesel Engineering Department Our installed Fuel Injection Pump Test Bench 12PSDWAdvanced Type in itâ s 12 cylinders 15kw motor, can start and test both in-line and rotary fuel injection pumps, for example, A, B, P, Z, VE pumps by employing the suitable accessories. a: Measurement of each lineâ s delivery at different numbers of rotation with automatic delivery at presetting on the value from 50 to 1000. b: checking of each lineâ s injection timing and starting point of injection. c: checking of machine speed regulator.. d: checking and testing distributor pump. e: checking the device of air pressure/ vacuum. f: measurement of distributor pumpâ s body internal pressure., g: checking of injection pumpâ s tightness, j: checking of the transfer pump.
