Based on American and German imported equipment and repeated tests, DY1100 full-auto hydraulic brick making machine developed by Deyi. This type of our hydraulic brick making machine awarded with multiple national patents. Capable of moulding 32 bricks at a time and producing 50 million standard bricks annually, itâ € ™ s perfect for large-sized wall material manufacturers. Compared to similar products at home and abroad, we have the following quality and performance strengths:

1. More Advanced Design: This machine is manufactured with the optimized design, manufacturing and operational concept in combination of finest domestic and foreign brick machine technologies and in view of domestic material features. It can effectively remove the damage of dust to the equipment and always ensure the stable, reliable operation of the hydraulic system;

2. Highly Equipment Configuration: The hydraulic system includes hydraulic pumps and proportional directional valves manufactured by Rexroth and YUKEN. Displacement sensor is imported from BALLUFF and sealing elements from MICROMERITICS INSTRUMENT. The electric control system is composed of Siemens S7-300 PLC and a 10.4-inch color touch panel, realizing man-machine touch operation. All electric components are imported from Siemens. Hence, the machine is equipped with higher level and better configuration than similar domestic products;

3. High Percent of Pass: The built-in displacement sensor can accurately control the charging and generate a high percent of pass. Our brickâ € ™ s error limit is  ± 1mm, less than the quality brick standard of  ± 2mm. Adjustment can be made in accordance with the greatly different ingredients and water contents of domestic raw materials to ensure that the strength of bricks reach 15Mpa;

4. Complete in Variety: Through pre-pressing, moulding pressing and pressure maintaining, this machine offers high product density. By replacing moulds, it can manufacture not only flyash standard bricks, sand lime bricks and blind hole bricks, but also hollow bricks, face bricks of different specifications, and paving bricks. Flyash bricks can have a compressive strength as high as 20Mpa. Featuring one-time impact moulding from top to bottom and generating easy flaking adobes, similar brick making machines produced by other domestic manufacturers have a beyond-limit error rate and a low percent of pass.

5. Strong Ability to Provide Auxiliary Parts: Deyi can design and manufacture all other main and auxiliary parts except for autoclaves. Completing the equipment line and preventing quality disputes out of difficulty to define responsibility arising from excessive auxiliary parts.
