Firstly: producing principle and technical processing
1st, producing principle: according to the technological requirement form mould with thermostable coating must be made in advance, then put it in special box when it is dry, fill the box with dry sands, vibrate the box tightly, pull molten metal under vacuum state, at the same time molten metalin stead of the form mould which vanishes in the way of gasification, duplicate the same casting.as the form mould.
2nd, technical process: A, manufacture form mould B.combine the moulding installation.C.thermostable coating brushed on the form mould’s surface and drying. D. make the insulation box on vibration platform E. fill the dry sands in the bottom F.put the dry form mould on sands then fullfilled by dry sands , vibrate a bit time by digitalcontrol system G. cover the box with plastic film, put the moulding cup, starting vacuum system, pull molten metal under vacuum state, at the same time molten metalin stead of the form mould which vanishes in the way of gasification H, release vacuum system, takes the casting out of the sans after condensation .
