Newkelson Agro Allied Industries is the brain child of a 78 years old man Mr George Nze Madu who is it' s managing director and chief executive.
For Mr Madu, the company is a 30 year old dream come true.As a student, Mr Madu nursed the idea of an agro based organization.During the early fifties when he was a headmaster Mr Madu successfully combined classwork, school administration and practical agriculture .His plan to develop what then looked like a hobby into full blown modern farming was punctuated by the Nigerian Civil war and a period of studies in the united kingdom.
Upon return from united kingdom, Mr Madu unavoidably took appointments first with ICI ( CHEMICAL AND ALLIED PRODUCTS LIMITED) and later with ( NATIONAL OIL AND CHEMICAL MARKETING COMPANY LIMITED) now known as ( CONOIL) for a total period of twelve years working for two higly reputable companies in various capacities.This has today molded Mr Madu into a versatile dynamic manager.
Directly to assist Mr Madu in the task of management is his son Mr George Newton Madu who is a management professional of the Nigerian Institute of Management Charted) and a graduate of business administration from the university of lagos and an intending law student.
Mr Newton has proven ability, capacity, competency in the area of personnel, operations and financial Management and is responsible for this function.
