Max-: 10 lac in personal loan and 100 cr. in any other loan

INTEREST PAYMENT DURATION

Monthly , Quarterly, Half yearly, Annually,

RATE OF INTEREST IN YEARLY
Minimum: - 3 % - Maximum: - 24 %

LOAN ELIGIBILITY

No restriction like Pvt Ltd / Public Ltd or give for Firm, sole prop. etc.

REPAYMENT DURATION

Maximum repayment of the loan is 25 yrs.
Minimum period to repay is only six months.

ADDITIONAL BENEFIT

If the property being submitted has been already mortgaged then we will clear the earlier mortgage and the first charge shall be taken over by us.
First Installment will be taken after one or two years as per your requirement. Interest will be adjusted next installments.
Get 0.25% -1% rebate on interest ( Timely repayments) .
