Bali-Alm is a Cheesemanufacturer based in Bali, Indonesia. We produce high quality cheese and dairy products. All our producrs are made without Artificial or other Aroma, no stabilizer or Other. Only milk and Cultures. We pasteurize our milk with 75 degreee to make sure most bacterie is dead but all necessary for a good cheese is still there.
