Pionier - the homogeneous heavy duty firehose, especially designed for chemical and petrochemical industries.
Pionier is extremely resistant to abrasion, flame, oils and chemicals, does not require maintenance, maintains its flexibility even at low temperatures and coils in small diameter ( 45 cm dia. for a length 20 m) .
The unique characteristic of this hose is obtained by the integrated construction of the all-synthetic jacket, the smooth lining and the ribbed outer cover. The jacket is embedded in the highcount rubber compound.
The smooth lining and ribbed cover are of same material and are locked right through the jacket.
The ribbed cover provides additionel protection against abrasion.
