Fuction : Eyebright is a semiparasitic plant feeding off grass and other plants by attaching suckers to the roots and drawing out the nutrients it requires. In homeopathy, a tincture is used to treat conjunctivitis, blepharitis, keratitis, and other eye infections. Allopathy makes similar uses of the herb. Teas made with eyebright are said to help reduce chest congestion from allergies and colds and may even clear up sinusitis.
