The Equipment Configuration:
The machine is equipped with a reeling-out device, a tension device, an extruder, a stainless steel cooling water tank ( dry-blower) , a traction device, a reeling-in/ out stand and an electrical system .

The Unique Feature:
1. The production line disposition is reasonable and the wires craft meets with desired requirements completely.
2. A speed reducer with the hard gear face is selected to be used, being long in service and low in noise.
3. The main engine cylinder and screw rod are 38GrMoA1 that have been subject to nitrification, being high in hardness, wearing resistance and corrosion resistance.
4. The main engine cylinder made of cast-aluminium is heated by electricity and cooled by a blower and the screw rod is cooled by centre watering. And sophisticated temperature control instruments are used to monitor and control the temperature and it is easy to make the adjustment.
5. Its contour is artistic, its structure is reasonable and its transmission is steady.
