Brand name of fire-fighting boots, military boots and shoes with special Sympatex textile membrane lining. HISTORY 1991 - Founding of company ZEMAN. Production of working gloves. 1992 - Production start of textile workwear. 1993 - Production of work and military footwear in Otrokovice. 1994 - Start of production of shoe components, particularly rubber soles. 1995 - Development, production of boots with special membrane lining ( GORE-TEX) . 1997 - The company was enlarged with Znojmo production plant, producing walking footwear since 1954. 1999 - Production of boots with Sympatex membrane lining. 2002 - Finalization of development and patenting of antimine boots ZEMAN AM. - Extension of product range: new work and safety rubber boots collection. 2003 - Strong reorganization of production and production capacity of the company ZEMAN. Movement to economical preferable territories, especially to Brazil. - Enlargement of product range about new boots and creation of compact product range of work, safety and service footwear divided into 11 collections including approx. 200 boots models.
