Role and Usage:
It can significantly decrease congestive heart failure patients’ vascular resistance of general circulation, pulmonary’s average pressure and pulmonary capillary’s wedge pressure. increases cardiac output, cardiac index and per pulse index, but do not increase oxygen consumption of myocardial.
Use in congestive heart failure’s short-term vein drug.
Application:
It can be diluted with available amount of glucose or saline solution, slow vein injection 10-minutes at a rate of 37.5¼g/kg-50¼g/kg (too fast can cause premature ventricualr contraction), continue to make vein drip injection with a rate of 0.375¼g ~ 0.75¼g/kgmin, then adjust the dosage according to clinical effect.
Side effects:
A small number of patients have low blood pressure, nodal tachycardia, ventricular arrhythmia, reduction of platelet count, liver and kidney dysfunction, and headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting and so on.
Drug interactions
Comply with ordinary cardiac tonic, diuretics, vasodilator drugs, no clinical adverse interaction, has synergistic action with dopamine, dobutamine.
Contraindication:
Serious ventricular arrhythmia. All who are allergic to the chemicals.
Notes:
`Should monitor electrocardiogram, heart rate and blood pressure during the process of using drugs, and, if necessary, adjust the volume.
