Its surface is evenly coated seal material of lubricating agent, punch into model washer with asbestos steel sheet. Having been used in a kind of small volume light, big power high-speed two-stroke engine as seal washer.
Asbestos sheet sheet also can be used for manufacturing cylinder cover seal washer.
Main technical condition:
1.Steel sheet and oil-resisting sheet solidly joints into one layer. Hole burr of joint double-side oil-resisting sheet can't project surface, only permit evident trace of holes. Surface is evenly coated graphite layer, surface is smooth.
2.Asbestos steel sheet density is about 2.3.
3.asbestos steel sheet absorbing water rate less than 5%, absorbing machine oil less than 15%.
4.When done crooked test on fixed column, asbestos steel sheet haven't split open distribute layer phenomenon.
