Operation Steps:
Choose the right cutting position, tie the blood-pressure meter well, and air the pressure to adult 5.3kpa,child 2.6kpa
Clean and sterile the cutting skin, dry for a while. (5cm under the elbow)
Pull the protect cover out(left or right lean), put the bleeding time device into the right position of patient?s forearm and press the button, and start the stopwatch.
After cutting, remove the device immediately.
Blot the blood every 30 seconds with filter paper, until no blood appears in the paper,stip the stopwatch and record time.
