1 2 3 OfflineEastablished in 1998, Hua Yu Steel Structure Engineering Company Ltd. is a subsidiary of Mingcrown Group, an outstanding privately-owned corporation in Guangdong Province. Huayu is located in Huanan Industrial Park, Liaobu Town of Dongguan City, and has a production base covering over 150, 000 square meters for light steel and heavy steel. With main machines and equipment imported from Taiwan area, Huayu has deployed a series production lines such as H-beam assembly straightening, C-beam, Z-beam, box column, mezzanine deck, sandwich panel, CNC flame cutting, gantry submerged arc welding, sandblasting & derusting, paint spraying, and machinery equipment such as five dimension intersection line cutting, three dimension digital control drilling machine, and edge milling machine, which enable Huayu to obtain an annual capacity of 6000 tons.

Company Certificates:
Our company obtained qualifications including 1st Grade Qualification for Steel Structure Fabrication, 2nd Grade Specialized Contract Construction Qualification for Steel Structure Engineering, and 2nd Grade Special Qualification for Engineering Design of Light Building Steel Structure. We are a member of China Construction Metal Structure Association, a council member of China Steel Construction Society, a council member of Guangdong Space Structure Association, and an executive council member of Dongguan Construction Metal Structure Industry Association. In 2003, Huayu had been titled as China Reliable Quality Service Enterprise by the Technical Supervision Association.

Main business:
Huayu undertakes the design, fabrication and installation of large scale logistics warehouses in steel structure plant, multi-storey high buildings, public buildings, villas, power plant equipments, O & G equipments and Facade steel structure.To name some main projects already put into service, they are: Dongguan Yulan Theatre, Wuhan Sentosa Mansion, plant of Xinyi Glass, plant of Jiangmen Tayo Motorcycle Co., Ltd, 2nd phase plant of Lianzhong ( Guangzhou) Stainless Steel Corporation, Steel structure at Dongguan Bus Terminus, plant of Dongguan Chaoyi Furniture Co., Ltd, Guangzhou Wanli Tire Co., Ltd, Futian Indoor Stadium Shenzhen, and GSM Mansion ( new site) . At present, the ongoing projects includes Jordan project ( PER TECH) , Braden project, Baoji Converter Substation, Xuwen Indoor Stadium, 2nd phase of Lianzhong ( Guangzhou) , and Invista Fibra ( Foshan) project. We are now negotiating with several well-known corporations from both at home and abroad about large scale steel structure engineering businesses.

Technical Force:
We attach great importance to talents introduction and personnel training. Our technical team consists of 6 1st Grade Structure Architects, 15 2nd Grade project managers, 6 senior engineers ( including 2 professor specialists) and 70 professional technicians of various other types. Huayu has achieved computerized management in all aspects and well-developed regulation system. In June, 2001, Huayu obtained ISO9001 international quality system certificate.
