We are manufactory of asphalt mixing plant for many years. This is our stationary asphalt mixing plant. It' s widely used in high-way making. We have 60 technicists which have rich installation experience in the oversea.
1. The integrated bins for finished product greatly decrease the land-occupation of equipment, no elevating system for skip to reduce the failure rate of plant;
2. The mixer uses the high strength wearable material which increases the service life; The unique paddles design and the powerful mixer make the mixing operation more easy, effective and reliable;
3. The linear-mode screen driven by imported vibrator improves the screening efficiency and reduces the failure rate of plant;
4. The hot elevator adopts the double Gall' s chain for hoisting, which not only prolongs the service life of the hoisting machine but also improves the operation stability;
5. Modular design makes the transportation and installation more convenient and fast;
6. The dual computer-controlled system, auto/ manual switchable, and auto self-diagnosis program, make the operation easy and safe;
7. Environment Protection:
Total dust collection with 1st-level inertial collecting, 2ND-level bag house and dust collecting modules for various portions of facilities.
2ND-level wet collecting and negative pressure design for complete tower modules, not only practical and economic, but to reduce initial cost for the customer;
