Aluminium-plating cellophane is made by plating a layer Aluminium on one side of the cellophane which is specially treated on the surface under the state of vacuum.It is suitable for medium and top packing after printing.At present,the Aluminium-foil laminated with cellophane which is widely used can’t be recovered and burned into ashes.But Aluminium-plating cellophane is a kind of green packing material which is easy to deal with and burns into ashes.
The characteristics of Aluminium-plating cellophane :
(1) The Aluminium-plating layer is so firm that it can’t be divorced from the cellophane when it is twisted for packing.The layer is even and metalizing-glossy,the thickness can be adjusted as per the requirements of the customers.
(2) Ultraviolet ray and gas proof and endurance of high temperature.
(3) High adaptability in printing and laminating.
(4) High resistance and anti-penetration of chemical, grease and bacteria
(5) Excellent tensile strength, tensibility , the twist stability is better than PT cellophane.
(6) Made from natural fibers and degraded in the nature.
(7) Besides characteristics above ,the Aluminium-plating MST-cellophane is heat-sealing and moisture-proof.
Main uses of Aluminium-plating cellophane:
(1) The excellent property of tearing because the base material-cellophane.It’s especially suitable for packing varieties of medicine to be taken after being mixed with boiling water,drugs and sanitary accessories.
(2) It can solve the problem that the powder of drugs and foodstuffs packed by other materials can’t be poured out because of the static.
(3) It is a new kind green packing material which aggregates the excellences of cellophane and Aluminium foil together and
(4) It is a new kind of green packing material and can be used alone or laminating with PE,PET etc.It substitutes the use of Aluminium foil laminated with cellophane step by step. The cost will be much lower than the other materials.
(5) Because of high adaptability in printing and metalizing-gloss,it can reach the beautiful and fashionable requirements of cosmetic.It can reflect brilliant metalizing gloss if printed with colored inks.It is easy to be lased with the trademark and beautiful designes on the surface.
