Insulating glass butyl sealant WD-01

Characteristics:
Butyl sealant WD-01 is the single-component, hot-melt sealant, made from the raw materials butyl rubber and polyethylene. The product possesses great sealing properties with the common insulating glass materials such as glass and aluminum; WD-01 can keep a long application life for insulating glass systems based on the low moisture penetration chance.
WD-01 is a non-chemic reactive, hot-melt sealant, with no harm to human and environment. It is therefore considered as a “Green� product.

Main application
WD-01 is to be used as the sealant material at the Primary Sealant in manufacturing insulating glass units.
