Glass washing-dry section:
The washing machine, the steel structure and the guard shield use the high quality stainless steel completely, the washing-dry section contains transfer table, the round nylon brushes, the drive motors, the spray pipe and the water supply system, water blowing board, air knife filter, noise eliminated installment.
Three pairs of round tubular brushes was drived by asynchronous independently, which could wash Low- E glass. Use the unique wind grid system, can realize the hot circulation wind (to be possible select), reduces the noise, in the air blower, the dry section is install with the absorption material. There is an inductor in the conveyer section, only when the glass enters the washing section, the air blower, the brush motor of the water pump starts to work in turn, energy and electricity conservation.
