TGM Series Super Pressure Trapezium Grinding Mill
is designed by our experts on the basis of a long time’s study of High Pressure Suspension Grinding Mill, introducing the advanced technology both at home and abroad. After many years’ effort of our experts and other technicians, we have developed this series of the grinding mill. It adopts the trapezium working surface, resilient joint, adding pressure by the roller linkage to get the powder.
It mainly consists of Mainframe, Decelerator, Separator, Air Blower, Bag Dust Catcher, Piping System and Motors. And other provided equipments are Jaw Crusher, Hopper Elevator, Feeder, Silo, Electric Control Cabinet, etc. It is widely used in metallurgic, construction, chemical, mining industry to grind the material that Mohs hardness degree is below 9, and humidity is in 6% non-flammable non-explosive minerals.

Preparation:
1,Before installation, the grinding machine should be properly maintained. The outer surface must be daubed the anti-corrosive grease, avoid exposing to the sun and rain, and protect it from rust of the mainframe. Users should establish the maintenance system.
2,Set the machine in the desired location with required height of the workshop according to the Foundation Drawing, the grinding machine foundation should be built with the high quality cement. The trenches and tubes for electrical cable and other wire should be preset in the base. After building the cement foundation, 15 days of maintenance is required before installation.

For the installation service, 3 ~ 5 tons’ crane is required.

If the utility time is above 6 months, the main engine central shaft system, the transmission device, the roller equipment, the grease box of the separator should be cleaned and examined. After that, enough lubricating grease should be daubed to the above-mentioned parts.
