Æ Natural Beta-Carotene

Natural Beta-Carotene, a kind of natural crystal can be obtained by fermentation of
fungi-Blakeslea trispora. It contains above 96% Beta-Carotene, of which most are all-trans
configuration with a higher activity and the rest with the amount of about 3% is other
carotenoids. Natural Beta-Carotene has more comprehensive nutrition and higher
bioavailability than that of the synthesized ones. The Beta-Carotene got by fermentation
process is also a safe food additive and nutrition fortifier, which can be used in various
foods and pharmaceutical products, just the same as the synthesized product.

We has successfully prepared the following formulations with the obtained high-purity
Natural Beta-Carotene crystal.
Natural Beta-Carotene Beadlet 10% TAB, readily dispersible in warm water, good stability,
suitable for tablets and capsules.
Natural Beta-Carotene Beadlet 20% TAB, readily dispersible in warm water, good stability,
suitable for tablets and capsules.
Natural Beta-Carotene Beadlet 10%CWS-O/B, readily dispersible in cold water, suitable
for water-based food.
Natural Beta-Carotene Beadlet 1%CWS/ Y, dispersible in cold water, non-gelatin, used for
water-based food and baking food
Natural Beta-Carotene Oil Suspension 30%, suitable for fat food.
