Working Principle:
In the process of operating, the motor brings along the rollers to drive through the V-belt ring and the central axis. The roller which connects with the bearing and the pendulum shaft hanger revolve with the roller hanger, at the same time, it revolves with the inner round of the ring. The motor of the Air Blower makes the opening of the grinding machine form the negative pressure. There is no dust pollution, and the heat of the machine will be removed.
Dry process:
The material that enters the feeding silo will fall down onto the cone like the waterfall with 360 degree. The material will be grinded into powder by several rollers in turn, and then be discharged through the Vibrating Screen.
Wet process:
The process resembles the dry production; the difference lies in adding water and the dehydration after grinding. This process can be designed according the user's demand.
Features:
1. Energy-saving
The consumption in the Raymond Mil system is 81% of that in grinding machine, but the consumption in the dust catcher of Straight Centrifugal Grinding Machine is only 10% of that in grinding machine. Moreover, several shovels in Raymond Mill consume 25% of the energy of the whole grinding machine; however, this energy consumption will not occur in the Straight Centrifugal Grinding Machine.

Because of the grinding between grinding roller and grinding ring, once out of use, the useless part is 35% of original weight. Compared with that, the useless part of the Straight Centrifugal Grinding Machine is 65% of original weight on account of the even grinding.
4. Accident Insurance
If the bolt falls into the Raymond Mill, the iron may make shovel and grinding roller hanger distort. However, Straight Centrifugal Grinder hasn't this kind of worries.
5. Easy grinding hard material
when the high rigidity and too hard material such as carborundum, corundum, quartzite, and iron powder will be processed, the middle parts of the Raymond Mill will be grinded and the capacity is reduced rapidly. But the capacity of the Straight Centrifugal Grinding Machine is steady still on account of the evenly grinding.
6. Wet Process:
The straight centrifugal grinding allows the material to add water for grinding.
7. It is of room saving
The Straight Centrifugal Grinding Machine doesn't need to equip Cyclone Separator and pipelines, so the occupation of land is only 50% of that of Raymond Mill.
