Application:
It is widely applied to phosphate ester fire-resistant oil system and mechanical equipment ( oil filter machine) .

Series TYA is special for purifying all kinds of unqualified lubricating oil such as the hydraulic oil, mechanical oil, coolant oil, gear oil, and heat treatment oil and so on. This machine can operate automatically ( don' t need the person when it is working) . According to the lubricating oil' s nature, this machine can rapidly remove water, gas, particulate matters and impurities from lubrication oil, so guarantee lubricating system of machine to work properly and prolong lifetime of machine.

Feature:
1.The purifier is a next-generation vacuum oil filter machine destined for phosphate ester fire-resistant oil system, utilizing dewatering and degassing technologies such as anti-precipitation, aggregation, separation transformation, resolution, vacuum entrapment and flash evaporation, which not only speedily removes the free water in oil but also intensively removes the dissolved water and gas in oil.
2.The stage-to-stage dandified filter element made of new composite materials can remove the large amount of impurities in oil and results in a precision filtration.
3.Application of new absorptive materials can effectively absorb the jelly substance in oil, and eliminate the acid content in oil, as well as inhibiting the production of new acid in the system.
4.The purifier body is made of acid and dissolving resistant stainless steel; filter element and seal are made of materials, which are compatible with fire-resistant oil.

Advantage:
Hydraulic lubricating oil treated by this machine contains so low emulsification value, few water content and impurities that it can be used repeatedly in the highly precise hydraulic lubricating equipment at home and abroad. This series can fast degas, dewater, and remove the impurity and the volatile matter ( for example ethyl alcohol, gasoline, ammonia and so on) .
