provide quality low cost construction of residential and commercial properties for the entire State of Texas. Urban
Property Management also provides a range of property management services for Texas property owners while
leveraging commercial real estate investments containing publicly traded corporate tenants with long term triple net

Responding our environmental responsibility, we employ a construction method which uses proprietary
government-tested materials to build structures that can capture solar power to be resold or used to bring down
operating costs and withstand hurricanes ( Category 5 Hurricane Winds : 230 mph) , fire, and mold.

maximize our revenue streams in three areas: construction, property management, and government procurement to
accomplish the sales goal. UPM& C, LLC aggressively pursues the acquisition of a diverse real estate portfolio
composed of: 30% residential property, 40% commercial property, and 30% multifamily. UPM& C, LLC aspires in
the next five years to be the first choice for the State of Texas ( 10 years the United States of America) on the
federal, state, and local level as service provider of construction, housing and urban development. Urban Property
Management & Construction desires to become the number one provider of Section 8 Housing, disabled, senior
citizen, and veteran housing in Texas with in the next six years, and in the US in 10 years.
