Torninova COMPACT STRETCH 1.000 cast lines for the production of stretch film are the result of technological research and experience accumulated for many ears by the technical staff of the plastic processing plant production company. The plant enables production of 3 layer co-extrusion stretch film.

Each plant is equipped with: Automatic hopper loaders; Extruders with twin-flight barrier screw with AC motor placed in-line with gearbox and barrel; Hydraulic screen changers, dual chamber vacuum box to stabilise the film forming area reducing excessive edge trim and web breaks; Electrostatic edge pinning; Cooling water pump station with two separated circuits for main and secondary chill roll and for the other uses; Oscillating unit to equalize the incidental differences in the profile of the film, trims reclaim system with force refeeder to the main extruder. An automatic packaging machine that puts 6 rolls into a box with boxes palletizing and wrapping can be added at the end of the line. The plants are completely automated and controlled by PLC with remote control for maintenance and interventions.

The COMPACT STRETCH plant stands out for the following features:

- LOW ENERGY CONSUPTION ( 0, 45 kW/ KG)
- AUTOMATIC CONTROL OF THE FILM THICKNESS PRODUCED, which can be set via touch screen panel and via highly accurate X-ray device connected to the automatic die. At the end of the line, the system checks the weight of each roll produced.
- TRIMS RECOVERY SYSTEM with a guarantee that grinds and re-inserts the trims into the main extruder regardless of production speed.
- WINDER, completely automatic, enables the production of manual rolls on cores of 2 inches and machine rolls on cores of 3 inches. No phase of the rewinder requires the intervention of the operator.
- CONTROL PANEL managed by PLC user-friendly supervision software and via touch screen, through which the entire plant can be programmed. Possibility for the operator to personalize the operations, via formulae, according to you needs. The remote control system permits the maintenance and repair operations through internet or telephone.
