General description:
SHS-self-propagating alumina composite steel pipe is the new generation of wearable and corrosion resistant engineering pipeline, belongs to national "863" Hi-tech plan products. This pipe is composed of corundum(alpha-Al2O3), transit layer and steel from inside to outside, having good all round properties of corrosion resistant, wear-resistant, high temperature resistant and high strength, high toughness, high mechanical impact proof and thermal impact proof while it still can be processed by machining, grounding and welding etc.

Elbow angle: 22.5, 45, 60, 90, 120, 135, 150 degrees, etc.

Material property:
The alumina layer is formed by molten alumina at a temperature above 2500 degree Celsius. The molten alumina produced from the reaction Fe2O3+2Al=2Fe+Al2O3 spreads on the inside wall of the steel pipe under the influence of a centrifugal force, then solidifies, so the alumina layer has high density and smooth surface and bonds to the steel pipe.
1. Alumina layer containing AL2O3 over 90%, acid fashness 96-98%, same as that of high corundum ceramic;
2. Ten times of anti-corrosion than that of stainless steel;
3. Wear-resistance is equivalent to carboloy , more than dozen times of steel;
4. Can sustain long period operation under 900 degree Celsius.
Features:
High abrasion resistant:
Vickers hardness of the corundum lining is HV1100 to1500, as high as that of tungste-cobalthard alloys, and the abrasion resistance is 20 times as carbon steel pipes. Its rigidity is the highest among all oxides.
Corrosion resistant:
Corundum is a neutral material, and is ac-proof and foulingfree.
Heat resistant:
The pipe can work under circumstances of -50 to 800 degrees Celsius.
Convenient installation:
It is much lighter than any other types of composite pipes, and can be welded or connected through flanges.
Cost effective:
Ceramic-lined composite steel pipe can take the place of expensive stainless steel, titanium, nickel, cast stone or alloy pipes. Extended service life can also reduce mainten nce cost.

Bimetal cladding pipe is cast with mold vanishing vacuum suction casting cladding process, which has filled blank of conveyance piping used in corrosion resistance and abrasion proof industrial application in our country and also solved the difficulty to clad bend. Bends and other profile sections can be cladded in whole and this process has changed the traditional practice to fabricate bend and other profile sections by drawing polyline without changing flow pattern of material inside piping, greatly reducing conveyance resistance of material.
- Alloy casting steel pipe
High strength alloy rare earth (thermal resistant and wear-resistant) steel pipes used as coal conveying, power conveying, ash removal and slag discharge piping for boiler system in power plant. It also may be used as wear-resistant and thermal resistant recovery piping for blast furmace. Compared with austenitic manganese steel under same operation conditions, its unit wearing consumption is about 1/ 3 of that of austenitic manganese steel and it’s service life is 3 times of that of austenitic manganese steel. Bend and branches can be used in combination of seamless pipes, convenient in installation and maintenance.
- Hexmetal cladding steel pipe
This product is a type of cladding piping based on metal as base metal, supported with hexmetal as skeleton inside and lined with corundum wear-resistance lining. It is especially suitable for fatricating large size, high temperature and wear-resistant piping.
Mainly applied in coal poweder conveyance in coal-fired power plant and material conveyer system for petrochemical, metallurgy and mines etc.
Highly thermal impact resistance and good mechanical processing property.
It will not be affected whatsoever in temperatures from –50to 1500 degree Celsius.
