    General Description:
    The Tp72 is a low-dropout linear regulator that operations in the input voltage range from
    1.8V to 8V and delivers 500mA output current. The high-accuracy and wide-range output voltage can be mask-optioned from 1.5V to 5V with 0.1V increment.
    The Tp72 consists of a 1.2V band-gap reference, an error amplifier, and a P-channel pass transistor. Other features include current-limit, and thermal shutdown protection.
    The Tp72 devices are available in TO-92, SOT-23 and SOT-89 packages.

    Outline
    The TP73 series are VFM mode Step-up DC/DC converter with ultra low supply current by CMOS process.
    The IC consists of an oscillator,a VFM control circuit,a driver transistor(Lx switch),a reference voltage unit,resistors for voltage detection,an error amplifier,and a Lx switch protection circuit.TP73 series step-up DC/DC converters use VFM mode,comparing to the other congeneric products,it has lower ripple voltage,better driving ability,and higher efficiency.It only needs three external components for application,that is,an inductor,a diode,and a capacitor.
    Minimum input voltage is 0.85V, output voltage can be adujusted from 3V to 5V,with a 0.1V step.

    TP74 series IC are voltage detectors with high precision and low power consuming by CMOS process.The IC is composed of a voltage reference unit,a voltage sampling circuit,a comparator and the output unit.It provides NMOS open drain or CMOS output configuration.
    It is used to detect voltage between 1.5V and 3.6V with 0.1V every step,it is also suitable to provide voltage detection for most of Micro-Controllers and Digital System Power supplies.
    When the supply voltage decrease to Vdf,reset signal will setup until Vdd get back to a value Vdd>Vdr,circuits get back to the normal operation state.

    TP7661A/B CMOS DC/DC CONVERTER
    DESCRIPTION
    The TP7661A CMOS DC/DC Converter features high operational performance with low power dissipation.
    It consists of two major parts: the booster circuitry and the regulator circuitry. The booster generates a doubled
    output voltage (¨C2.0V to ¨C16V) from the input (¨C1.0V to ¨C8.0V) or tripled output voltage (¨C3.0V to ¨C18.0V) from the input (¨C1.0V to ¨C6.0V). The regulator is capable of setting the output to any desired voltage. The regulated voltage can be given one of three threshold temperature gradients.(The only difference between TP7661A and TP7661B is that the tp7661B have no the functions of Vreg and RV.)The TP7661A and TP7661B are all compatible with the SCI7661.
