Established in 2002, PT. Tokai Offshore Service Indonesia strive to deliver professional sea transportation services with the ability to provide Owner reliable tug and barges for supporting the transportation activites, and currently we are developing a floating crane vessel to support an integrated transshipment solution for our clients.
PT. Tokai Offshore Service Indonesia Group of Companies based in Singapore Group Office Jakarta â € “ Indonesia started in 2002 as a ship management company. Previously we were known as Tokai Offshore Pte Ltd, Group Agensea Pte Ltd, Jurong Marine Service Pte Ltd.
The Group today owns and operates a fleet of specialized offshore support vessels including accommodation vessels / barges ( accommodation ranged from 50 to 385 berths) , dynamic positioning vessels ( DP1) , survey vessels, anchor handling tug supply vessels ( AHTS) , utility vessels, crewboats, supply vessels and other offshore support work boats servicing the offshore oil & gas and other related industries. Our clientele include international oil majors such as Chevron, ExxonMobil, Pertamina Carigali, PTT Exploration And Production, ConocoPhillips and Shell as well as international contractors such as McDermott, Saipem, Technip, Nippon Steel, Hyundai Heavy Industries operating in many parts of the world in particularly Far East, Middle-East, Russia and as far as New Zealand, Caspian Sea. Philipines, Myanmar, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore.

Ship Management
PT. Tokai Offshore Service Indonesia also provides management services in respect of the operation and maintenance of vessels. Our services, consisting of Technical Management, Crew Management and Commercial Management, can be tailored to suit the need of interested parties.

Our Markets
TOSI, a short for Tokai Offshore Service Indonesia is an established shipping company in maritime industry, specialized in Tug and Barge shipping and transshipment services for coal and other mining sectors transportation.

Technical Management
Our shore base operational and technical staff are certified marine professionals with extensive experience from ships of various type, managed by PT. Tokai Offshore Service Indonesia. Our staff will be on hand to cater for each vessel in terms of bunkering, storing and provisioning as well as crew rotation etc. in order to minimize port turnaround times.
Effective control with operating costs remain a high priority to any ship owner. As ship managers, we develop cost budgets which realistically reflects the specific operational and maintenance requirements of individual vessels and has in-built cost control measures, as well as variance to budget reporting.
Owners are assured of budget compliance through a system of forward planning of dry-dockings, regular analysis of planned maintenance records, requisitions or reports as well as frequent technical audits carried out on board by our technical superintendents, who will provide hands on assistance in the event when technical difficulties are encountered and be in attendance during port calls or dry-dockings / repairs.
The technical staff will ensure timely renewal of Class and statutory certification, arrange for Class attendance whenever required and also handle, insurance claims pertinent to the vessel.

Vessel Chartering
PT. Tokai Offshore Service Indonesia Group of companies owns and operates a fleet of specialized offshore vessels such as accommodation vessels / barges ( 10 berths to 300 berths) , dynamic positioning vessels ( DP1 and DP2) , survey vessels, anchor handling tug supply vessels ( AHTS) , utility vessels, crew boats, supply vessels and other offshore support work boats based in Jakarta / Singapore and available for charter on worldwide basis.
