Specification :

: The fruits are transported from the bush in bags or sacks or buckets depending on the quantity harvested by the farmer, to a place where they can ripen. The fruits are left to ripen in dry conditions, usually outside when there is no rain, or inside or under shelter if there is risk of rain.
DRYING: The seeds which are taken out in pods are kept in a non-humid environment where they are left to dry. When dry, they are broken and separated with much grains. Their characteristic color at this stage is brown or near to golden brown.
EXPORT SALES: When the seeds are dry and separated, they are now ready for exportation and it should be noted that the seeds should not be allowed or subjected to any condition that will cause them to mould.
