Scope of works :
1. WPS, PQR & WPTR by PT. (PERSERO) BKI - Tanjung Priok
2. Supply material BISPLATE-80.
3. Fabrication, sand blasting and painting of "jib beam joint".
4. Cutting of jib beam damage, welding with jib beam joint, setting, installation and painting at MV. BOGASARI LIMA
5. NDT before welding of backing plate, after welding of backing plate and after loading test (20t water bag). NDT with Visual, Dye Penetrant, MPT and Radiography.
6. Certificate.
7. Shop drawing, work procedure and schedule time is attached.
