    Formability

    1. Hot working temperature range of 980-1200 ¡æ, cooling can be water quenched or rapidly cooled;

    2. Forging of ingots, the heating temperature can be 1200 ¡æ, in order to make the final forging or bar access to good organization and performance, followed by forging heating temperature should be lower in the corresponding temperature. Final forging temperature should be not less than 950 ¡æ. The alloy after severe forming process should be solution heat treatment.

    Welding Technology

    1. Alloy has good weldability, can be all kinds of welding. But for large sections of the parts is more difficult for welding, while the small section of sheet metal parts and good welding performance.

    2. Welding must be carried out after annealing or solution heat treatment after welding should be carried out to eliminate the stress treatment, and 980 ¡æ, 900 ¡æ thermal insulation 0.5h or 2h. Welding assembly subsequent aging treatment, heat treatment available to approximate full strength.

    Part Heat Treatment

    1. Part of the treatment should be no sulfur in the neutral or reducing atmosphere to avoid sulfide.

    2. Parts should be avoided in the 870 ~ 650 ¡æ between the "hot - cold" treatment, for large sections of the parts, in order to prevent cracks, solid solution should be in the air after cooling.

    Cutting and grinding performance

    Alloy can be in various states of mechanical processing, annealing, or solution process in good mechanical condition.
