2. Alloy in solid solution state welding, welding after the aging treatment.

GH2132 parts heat treatment

1. Solution temperature 980 ~ 1000 ¡æ, under the section thickness of the insulation parts at different times after air cooling,

Oil-cooling or water, then aging at 700 ~ 720 ¡æ 12 ~ 16h followed by air cooling;

2. High-quality parts GH2132 alloy heat treatment process are: solid solution 900 ¡æ ¡À 10 ¡æ, 1 ~ 2h,

Oil cooling + aging 750 ¡æ ¡À 10 ¡æ, 16h, air-cooled.
