GH3030 is a solid solution strengthening type nickel base superalloy

Early development of the 80Ni-20Cr solid solution strengthening type high-temperature alloy, chemical composition is simple, the following is satisfied at 800 ¡æ and high thermal strength plastic, and has good oxidation resistance, thermal fatigue, cold pressing and welding performance. GH3030 welding performance

1. Welding excellent performance can be welding, spot welding, seam welding or brazing. Liquidity pool when welding and forming properties are good, small crack orientation; contact welding parameters when a wide range of specifications.

2. The alloy can 1Cr18Ni9Ti, GH1140, GH3039, GH3044, GH3128 alloy combinations such as welding.

GH3030 parts heat treatment

1. Parts of the intermediate heat treatment and final heat treatment system as the solution 1000 ¡æ, heat 5 ~ 10min, air-cooled or water cooled.

2. If you need spare parts with high heat intensity, it could be the final solution heat treatment temperature increased to 1150 ¡æ.

GH3030 surface treatment

1. Heat treatment, parts available surface oxide removal method of blowing sand or pickling.

2. Pickling used HF-H2SO4-HNO3 acid solution of a single technology, but also can be used NaOH-NaNO3 and H2SO4-NaCl-H2O solution of complex alkali pickling process.
