Welding performance

Alloy has good welding properties, you can manually welding, automatic TIG welding, pulsed TIG welding and spot welding, seam welding, brazing and other methods of connection.

Part Heat Treatment

1. Solution treatment is the alloy semi-finished products and components, assemblies only heat treatment.

2. Part of the final heat treatment temperature, according to parts of the working conditions of choice; the alloy liner components, the solution temperature was 1080 ¡æ ¡À 10 ¡æ; afterburner parts of the solution temperature was 1150 ¡æ ¡À 10 ¡æ. Intermediate heat treatment temperature is 1050 ¡æ ¡À 10 ¡æ, the welding stress relieve temperature from 940 ¡æ or higher.

3. The shape of the part after heat treatment can be air-cooled or water cooled.

4. Sheet metal holding in the solution treatment time can be chosen according to thickness of 5 ~ 20min.

Surface Treatment

After heat treatment the surface oxide parts, blowing sand or pickling methods used to eliminate. Method oxide removal with acid, the use of hydrofluoric acid - nitric acid - sulfuric acid - aqueous solution of a single pickling process, it can be used sodium hydroxide - sodium nitrate and sulfuric acid - sodium chloride - aqueous solution of complex alkali pickling process.
