    Formability

    1. Alloy forging with a good performance.

    2. Ingot heating temperature of 1120-1150 ¡æ, open forging temperature not lower than 1120-1150 ¡æ. Final forging temperature not lower than 1000 ¡æ. Stop forging temperature not lower than 950 ¡æ.

    Welding Technology

    Alloy can be automated docking and TIG seam welding.

    Part Heat Treatment

    1. Part of treatment should be the appropriate technical standards for materials, heat treatment system.

    2. For plates, strip stamping parts, after each take to the middle of forming a part of the final annealing treatment is carried out in a vacuum furnace aging.
