    A. Introduction
    TLKS-PM-3G is used to monitor the operation of high voltage transmission lines.
    The long-distance data image collector collects the stimulant video signals from CCD camera, and then encodes and compresses the image data to be the digital video data. By 485 interface of collector, the spot data from the high-voltage transmission line will be real-time collected & local-stored, such as the leaking current from the wires, insulator contamination, thunderbolt current, wire temperature, environmental temperature and humidity, forest fires corridor ( CO2 content of the environment) , on-site wind speed and so on. Finally, the images & the data will be sent to the image & data monitoring server as the data IP packet by GPRS/ CDMA/ 3G wireless transmission module. The image & data monitoring server and image data monitoring clients are equipped with remote video monitoring service client software and client software PC. They are connected to the internet network. As the remote data image collector does not have a fixed IP address, the clients browse the monitoring images and set the monitoring parameters all need to transfer through the server.
    The monitoring center browses & observes the spots situation through the image data monitoring client. After the analysis, the system software will enforce an early warning if detected the abnormal status. Once the staffs in the monitoring center get the system early warning information, they will accordingly deal with the emergency to ensure the safe operation of the high-voltage transmission lines.
    B. The composition of the system & schematic diagram
    The system is made up of six parts: the monitoring host, detectors, solar panels, high speed camera, server management center & clients.
