Inner Mongoliar Shuangxin Environment-Friendly Material Co. Ltd. located in Mengxi Hi-Tech Industry Zone with register capaital RMB720 million. It is established in 2009, It planted to establish PVA recycling economy industry chain project, which including 440, 000 t/ a, PVA and relative further processed products. To be exact , it includes:

a. 440, 000t/ a PVA( polyvinyl alcohol, PVOH)
b. 60, 000 t/ a high strenth and modulus fiber
c. 120, 000 t/ a LDM,  redispersible emulsion powder
d. 4, 000 t/ a fast dissolvable film and 2, 000 ton t/ a slow dissolvable film,
e. 1, 200, 000 t/ a calcium carbide and 1, 200, 000 t/ a calcium oxide,
f. 4, 000, 000t/ a cement,
g. 220 KV transformer substation,
h. 20, 000t/ day sewage treatment plant.
The toal investment for the project is RMB 11.3 billion.

The first phrase of this project with yearly capacity 110, 000 tons PVA is under construction and it was already put in operation in October, 2010.

The final aim of the project: depending on the comprehensive strength, brand competitiveness of Group company and obvious advantages in local resources, it will be the largest recycling economy industry chain based on PVA and its relative further processed products. Low cost advantages, comprehesiveness utilization of resource and high-tech highlights are the biggest advantages of it.
