QL-JCT Extruder
The machine applies to extrusion, transportation and filling of materials of high viscosity and poor liquidity, such as high viscosity putty, sealants, printing ink, adhesives, etc. It can support the work of three rollers grinder, filling machine, and bead mill. This machine is equipped with extrusion speed control device, thus it can decide the best speed for extrusion according to actual process requirement. The machine is also equipped a special tank. Its extrusion disc adopts automatic compression-expansion to maintain close contact with the tank wall. The rubber seal is solvent resistant, with long service life. The material can be well cleaned when extruding work completed, thus avoid material waste and improve productivity.
