VCI powder is a kind of water soluble corrosion inhibiting product, which is applicable to the dry or wet corrosion inhibition in the closed space. After gasification, VCI powder forms a protective layer on the metal surface to prevent the metal from direct contact with oxygen and water molecule in the Air, and further to prevent the metal surface corrosion effectively.

Commended Purpose:
1. Corrosion inhibition on the internal surface of compressor, turbine, cylindrical structure, pipeline, container, boiler and heat exchanger, etc.
2. Steam condensing pipeline, closed circuit heat and cool ingsystem
3. Corrosion inhibition of equipments and components in transport and storage

Application Method and Attentions:
1. For bulk powder, use the low-pressure air tube or sprayer to evenly spray the powder in bulk
2. Pay attention to seal the internal space or aperture after application
3. Can be put in a gauze or in paper bags with good ventilation for application
4. The best distance of using VCI powder shall not exceed 30CM
5. The specific gravity of gasified VCI powder is heavier than gas, so it is advised to place the VCI powder at the top of package
6. Generaly, for the packaged content of 1 m, VCI powder is about 100g
