Requirement to apply for Single Business Visa :
Copy of the foreigner’ s passport ( full book)
Photograph of the foreigner’ s ( size 4 × 6 = 2 sheets)
Copy of the company act ( akta pendirian perusahaan)
Copy of Company Act Approval From Department of Justice ( pengesahan akta dari kehakiman )
Copy of Company business license letter ( SIUP)
Copy of Company Registration ( TDP)
Copy of Company Tax Registration ( NPWP)
Copy of Company Domicile ( domisili perusahaan)
Copy of the director’ s identity card
When all your documents have been approved you will get a visa telex, this visa telex can be taken at the Indonesian embassy in foreign countries according to the Indonesian embassy location request that you want.

* Single business visa can be extended as much as 3 times at month 3 to 6 month time limit.
