Perhaps many are confused between the baking powder with baking soda. And sometimes there yng say both are the same between the function and use. This can be seen from the physical if we buy the cake ingredients. The difference is striking if we touch ( baking powder) as fine as flour, while ( baking soda) there is a bit small granules.
