We are a Public Limited Company engaged in the manufacturing Aluminum Extrusions / Components since 1980. The Company has a team of qualified and experienced Engineers and many of them have been trained abroad at Reynolds ( Europe) Ltd, a world renowned Aluminum Company. We are keeping our technology updated by having frequent interactions with international extruders & also participating in Extrusion Technology Seminar being organized by American Extrusion Council.
We have pleasure in informing you that we have received an Award at Extrusion Technology 2004 ( ET 2004) held at Orlando, Florida, U.S.A. in International Aluminum Extrusion Design against world competition.
Our annual turnover for the last financial year is more than Indian Rupees 525/ - lakhs.
Capacity
Extrusion
The present annual capacity of the Plant with the new installation of additional 900 Ton Extrusion press is 8900 M.T. per annum and is equipped with Schlomann Siemag Extrusion Press of 1650 Tons with all other allied equipments and we have very recently we have added another Extrusion press having 900 Tons. We are also having our own Billet Melting Shop, Own Tool Room and Quality Assurance Lab with Spectrometer of Jarrel Ash, U.S.A. and other latest testing equipments.
Alu. Alloys
The present annual capacity of the Plant is 4600 M.T. per annum and is equipped with Open Hearth Furnaces of 5 Ton capacity  2 nos. , Rotary Furnace  1 Ton capacity, Crucible Furnaces  500 kg. & 300 kg.  1 no. each, and all other allied equipments. We are also having our own Billet Melting Shop, Own Tool Room and Quality Assurance Lab with Spectrometer of Jarrel Ash, U.S.A. and other latest testing equipments.
Special Features Quality Assurance:
The Company has established a Quality Management System in compliance with the International Quality System Standard ISO 9001: 2000 & QS 9001-2000 and ISO/ TS 16949: 2002 by the TUV CERT certification Body for QAM Systems of RWTUV Systems GmbH.
Sudal is also approved by the Director General of Quality Assurance  Govt. of India, Directorate General of Supplies and Disposals, Deference Research and Development Organization, Power Grid Corporation of India, NTPC, Central Organization for Railway Electrification ( CORE) , Allahabad, Grid Corporation of Orissa Ltd, ( GRIDCO) , Integral Coach Factory, Rail Coach Factory, Ordnanace Factory  Ambajhari, Ambarnath, Dum Dum, Small Arm Factory  Kanpur, MPF  Ambarnath, OFA- Ambarnath and Railways, BHEL, BEML, MSRTC, GSRTC, HRTC, etc.

Technical Assistance from Reynolds ( Europe) Ltd.
Sudal has received Technical Assistance from Reynolds ( Europe) Ltd., a part of Reynolds International Inc., a subsidiary of Reynolds Metal Company, U.S.A. which is now merged with ALCOA, one of the largest producers of Aluminum and its varied products.
Research & Development
Sudal is registered as a Research & Development Unit recognized by Department of Science and Technology, Government of India.
Product s Range
Sudal serves leading Industrial users in various end use such as Architectural, Transport, Textile Machinery, Electrical, Electronics, Consumer Durables like Refrigerator Tubes, Typewriters, Luggage, Furniture Systems, Easy to Make Homes, Heat Sinks, Railway Coaches and Railway Electrifications, RDEE/ Defence, Heat Exchanger Tubing s, Irrigation Tubes, Pump Body Extrusions, Airways, Shipping, etc. and to other infrastructure industries. Sudal is having approx. 7200 Profiles for different end uses of different shapes and different end uses which it manufacturers in various alloys similar to 6063, 6061, 6082, 6101, 6066, 1050, 1100, 2014 etc. and is regularly adding more dies and alloys according to customers specifications.
Modernization/ Expansion Headway:
Sudal is planning to install shortly another Extrusion press to increase the production range to meet out the requirements of customers.
