Ashitaba dry leaf is dried ashitaba from our plantation, we cultivate ashitaba on the foot of rinjani mountain. we dried our ashitaba by sun but not directly contacted with sun light, we put our ashitaba leaf on simple green house to avoid direct sun light and keep it green after dry. our ashitaba is pure herbal without any chemical while cultivation process. we planting ashitaba over 25 year and now our ashitaba plantation is reach up to 3 hectare, we able to supply 100 kilograms dry leaf in a month.
