Electrical system

Advanced CAN-BUS with easy and reliable circuitry; unique math model to control range limit, safety alarm, auto-shift gearing, etc., endowing product with human intelligence; humanized operating handles that make operators feel convenient and comfortable.

Hydraulic pressure system

All hydraulic system components are supplied from Europe area or America, ensuring a high-level reliability; Any moves are be achieved through automatic shift gearing and stepless change-over by electric-hydro proportional valve, strengthening the tiny-move ability of the product; Hydraulic ferrule fittings have been adopted for each hydraulic piping connection, significantly reduced the leakage possibility. System shall give an alarm of cleaning or changing filer if return oil filter is jam when oil come back to oil tank after cooler.

Cooling system

Cooling system adopts air cooler with many pipes whose cubage is 1L. Cooler shall turn on automatically to control oil temperature when the temperature of working environment is high.

Configuration

The whole body adopts finite element analysis design with safety as top consideration, and with critical parts like flex arms, rotating platform made by high-strength steel, topping the same kind products in terms of bearing capacity; Operating platform bears multi-grade measuring functions, showing compact structure, and sophisticated design.

The Flex Function of Tyre Axis

The tire axis can achieve the flex function of the front, back axis under the drive of the axis flex oil-jar, the breadth is 2.49m as the axis is retracted; the breadth of the axis is 3.35m as the axis is extended, thus to ensure the stability of whole machine when working.

Electrons Leveling

The working platform leveling is achieved from automatic conduction by leveling controller, which detect the angle of the platform comparing with the relative plumb line, then generate corresponding output signal to the leveling proportion valve to realize the automatic tune up. In this way the leveling accuracy is high and the reliability is good, differing from the normal way of oil tank differential leveling which is adopted by other manufacturers and frequently causes the delay and leakage.

480kg payload and multilevel weighing function

Weighing device can help achieve an accurate weighting for what on working platform, and automatically divide it into various load levels, which fully takes into account the actual needs of domestic users with the maximum load as 480 kg.

Multi-weight Range Restrictions Functions

Automatic range restrictor automatically detect the arm length, elevation, and other parameters, then read the weight data from the weighing device to compare with the benchmark data, thus achieve the range restrictions to ensure safe operating.

Automatic Shift Gears and Alarm, Cut off Functions

Different weight allows different operating range. When the work range is going to reach or exceed the 80% of the corresponding rated range allowed, all the move will automatically slow down in a persistent way, accompanying with an alarm buzzer and flashing lamp. The more close to the range limit, the faster the alarm is. When the work range is going to reach or exceeding 100% of the corresponding rate allowed, all the move to dangerous directions will be automatically stopped.

Four-wheel-drive and Four-wheel Turning Function (optional)
Each Tire has been equipped with driving motor and walking reducer to achieve four-wheel drive. At the same time, each tire owns a fuel tank to drive it for independent turning. Thus through the controller four turning modes are achievable, namely front-wheel turning, rear-wheel turning, front & rear-wheel turning and slanting drive, in this way the room or space requires significantly less.

Electrical Dual-loop System and Emergency Functions

Aiming to guarantee security, SINOBOOM Company adopts high reliable electrical and hydraulic components, at the same time equips double sensors and dual-loop electrical system in the configuration. Emergency power unit ensures machine retracting even in case of engine failure.

Fault Diagnosing System
Always checking machine�s running condition and main features to give a fault notice and alarm and show the fault position and the solution way which shall solve quickly the problems during the operation. At the same time it can give a notice of daily maintenance to extend the machine�s life and make it good condition.
