Operating principle:

Working principle:
This impact crusher machine crushes materials with impact force. When the materials enter the blow bar area, they are crushed due to the high-speed impact of the blow bar and are thrown to the impact plates on the rotor for secondary crush. Structure & operation principles
The cone crusher consist of frame, transmission device, hollow eccentric shaft, bowl-shaped bearing, crushing cone, springs and hydraulic pressure station for adjusting discharge opening.
During operation, the motor drives the eccentric shaft shell to turn around through ahorizontal axle and a pair of bevel gear. Operating Principle:
The main working part of hammer crusher is rotors with hammer. The rotors consist of main shaft, disk, pin shaft and hammers. The motor drives the rotors to rotate quickly in the crushing cavity. Raw materials enter the crusher through the feed opening and are stricken, impacted, cut and ground by the high-speed hammer to small size. There is a screening plate under the rotor, so that materials with size smaller than the screen mesh will be screened out and others are left to be further hammered and ground until reach the standard size. Working Principle
Vibrating feeder consists of vibrating frame, spring, vibrator, motor vibrating device and motor. The vibrator is made of two fixed eccentric shafts whose gears are jogged. Working Principle
The Whole PCL vertical shaft impact crusher including feed hopper, classifier, whirl pool cacity, impeller, main bearing assembly base, transmission device and motor etc.

Working principle
The main motor drives main axle and every layer rotating by reducer. Dail drives numbers of rollers rolling and rotating in the ring by pintles.
Big materials are crushed into smaller particles by hammer crusher. Then they are sent to store house by elevator. The electro-magnetic vibrating feeder sends the materials evenly to the middle of the upper dial. Under the function of the eccentricity, the materials scatter to the side of the circle and fall into the ring to be pressed, crushed and milled into pieces by rollers. Working Principle

In the grinding chamber, since the stuff contains moisture to some extent, the heat generated during grinding makes the moisture evaporate; since the pipeline joints are not airtight, the external air is sucked in and the circulation air mass increases. In order to enable the grinder to work in negative pressure, the increased air flow is guided to the deuster and sequentially to the atmosphere after purification.
