Our Company maintains the highest standard of quality available with today's processing technology. Its product is classified, packaged, frozen and cold stored by internationally recognized firms with established reputations for impeccable quality. Whole shrimp are classified manually, while tails are sorted by Sort Rite machines
The company cultivates mainly Penaeus vannamei and can produce, the intermediate sizes, in relatively short growth cycles. The larger sizes can be pro-duced by stocking penaeus stylirostrisand by extending the growth cycle. There are excellent facili-ties at the farm for inmediate icing, washing, treating and packing the shrimp in flake ice for transportation to the pro-cessing plant. As soon as they are harvested, the live shrimp are put in ice and treated according to accepted USA and EC standards and following customers' instructions.
