Two-Component Silicone Insulating Glass Sealant
Description : Two-component product , neutral solidification, excellent adhesion to metal, glass, ceramic and other materials. Primary coat isnâ??t necessary for most materials.
Use : The second sealing of insulating glass, mainly used for door & window, curtain wall, trains, cars, ships and so on .
Feature:
(1) The product should be used by special two-part pump , neutral solidification , non-corrosiveness to metal , coated glass , concrete , marble , granite and other building materials.
(2) Releasing low molecular material with no irritant odor when solidifying .
(3) Excellent weatherability , ultra-violet resistance , ozone resistance and water proof .
(4) Excellent thermostable ability and lower temperature resistance , almost no change with temperature -50â??ï½?150â??.
(5) Excellent consistency with other neutral silicone sealants. However, consistency trial is required before use.
Color: White for compound A , Black for compound B, the mixture color is dark grey; mixing ratio :
A:B=10:1(volume ratio).
Packing : A : 200L iron barrel , B: 20L iron barrel .
Storage : The production must be stored in cool and dry place with temperatures between -20â??ï½?27â??;
Storage time: 9 months.
Limitation :
(1) Unsuitable for all the materials that seep oil, plasticizer and solvent.
(2) Unsuitable for airtight places, the sealant needs to absorb moister from the air in order to solidify.
(3) Unsuitable for moist places.
(4) Unsuitable for frosty and damp places.
(5) Do not use the product if the surface temperature of materials exceeds 40â??.
Note : The product must be kept away from children and eyes before solidifying. Ventilation is required in construction and solidified area
