2. Mold base: LKM, DME, Hasco or other brand as specified by the customer.

3. Cav/ core steel: H-13, S136, 738H, 420SS, NAK80, Beryllium copper if required

4. DME or Japan Daido standard mold components.

5. Hot runner system: Yudo, DME, Thermoplay or other brand as specified by the customer.

6. Construction: SPI Class 102 or better

7. Finish: SPI D1 or better

8. Ejection: Ejector pin, ejector sleeve, hydraulic pull, air poppet, motor unscrewing or as suggested by the customer. 9. Fully auto run.

10. Develop the 3D model per the customer' s request and design the 3D and 2D mold drawings.

11. CAD/ CAM software: ProE, UG, SolidWorks, MasterCAM, PowerMill, AutoCAD

12. Mold life: not less than 1, 000, 000 shots

13.Injection moulding machines: 60-1200MT
