Mechanism of action which we apply in every project of making a wooden house includes 4 ( four) process, namely

1. Planning Process, consists of preliminary drawings, detailed 3-dimensional image, the image component manufacturing, assembly drawings and RAB are all using the computerized system CAD
2. Manufacturing process, consisting of preparation of materials and component production.
3. The assembly process, namely the process of combining all the components that have been given a code assembly into a finished building.
4. Finishing process, consists of smoothing materials, coating / painting materials and packaging components / packing.

* Condition:

- Price is attached to Greater Jakarta and surrounding areas
- For location outside the city Handsome additional cost of transportation of goods
- Price does not include: electricity, plumbing, IMB
- Length of bookings for the home that is finished ( ready stock) between 30-45 working days
- Length of bookings for homes that have not finished ( non ready stock) between 2-5 months
- Each reservation subject to payment ( DP) 50% of the price of goods
- Additional 30% when goods are ready to be sent to localized
- Repayment of 20% when the goods are completed and handed over.
