Using the latest generation of LDMOS high power transistors, this compact amplifier module supplies an output power of 1kW in the FM frequency range with a typical 23dB gain. To secure constant output power level, the forward power and the reflected power are monitored by directional couplers and detectors.
Its excellent repeatability ensures simplified integration. Safety features include heatsink overheat protection, overpower protection, VSWR protection, reverse voltage Protection, overvoltage protection. The high efficiency of RFA6002B leads to the lowered junction temperature which in turn increases its MTBF. RFA6002B is RoHS compliant.
